We are a 33 unit beachfront condominium complex overlooking the pocket beaches of OB. Our amenities include an oceanfront pool and BBQ, a community garden, a fitness center, and two guest rooms which can be rented by residents to host visiting friends and family. Our residents are a tight knit group who enjoy living in a relaxed and quiet community. Surf the pier and the cliffs, walk to restaurants and shops on Newport Avenue, and enjoy the all that OB has to offer, right at your doorstep!
